Mission Statement

Our goal is to work collaboratively and in conjunction with all teams to make clear decisions surrounding a materiality database, practicality of implementation, structural issues, and running schedule of construction phases with respect to communication of all parties. Our scope of work will include providing a materials pallet from which the design team and budget team can access. Towards the final stages of design the construction team will provide quality control as well as cost control making sure the realization of the project remains manageable.

Deliverables

·      Materials Library and/or pallet of resources for all to access.

·         Specifying construction objectives and plans including delineation of scope, budgeting

·         Maximizing resource and labor efficiency with respect environmental sensitivity.

·         Implementing various operations through proper coordination and control of planning.

·         Developing effective communications and mechanism for resolving conflicts.

·         Quality control as well as cost control in realization that the project remains mangeable.

·         Thorough set of Construction Documents package to submit for approval.
